In August 2025, I directed a short branded documentary for La Marzocco USA on Gusto Bread, considered one of the best bakeries in the country according to the New York Times. The film follows head baker Arturo Enciso’s journey from discovering his passion for baking to building a space defined by great bread, coffee, and community—reflecting La Marzocco’s commitment to craftsmanship and connection.
